Job Title: Entry Level Sales Associates

Reports to: Owners

Location: Dallas, TX (Deep Ellum)

Start Date: Open

 

Job Purpose Summary: Core responsibilities of this position are cold calling, networking and prospecting for new business- Responsible for sales, customer service and account management with minimal direct supervision for Dallasblack.com and Cityblack.com

 

Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate will be a professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where their actions can, and will have a direct and immediate impact on the bottom line of the company. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of online advertising/ marketing. They must have the ability to complete the sales cycle from inception to completion - - including prospecting, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, tracking the information on a sales database.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and maintain client relationship through on-the-street prospecting, cold calling and on-going service calls

- Develop client base

- Develop and implement effective marketing plans specifically targeted to assigned territory and client type

- Work with individual clients in determining, then fulfilling their advertising needs

- Track a variety of data accurately

- Responsible for customer satisfaction, as well as sales and profit objectives

- Ability to attend networking functions

- Ability to meet set sales goals

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- High energy level and a willingness to learn-

- Ability to deal effectively with all types of personalities

- Above average initiative, creativity, negotiation and listening skills

- Motivated self-starter that is very customer service oriented with a professional appearance-

- Reliable transportation

- Strong Verbal Written Skills

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

- Salary (Base Plus Unlimited Commission)

- 90 day Probationary Period

- Bonus opportunities
